What is Sans Limites Cycling Club?
Sans Limites Cycling Club is not just a cycling clothing brand, but it’s a community of passionate cyclists dedicated to suffer on wheel for the love of the sport and also connecting with fellow riders. Beyond the clothing we offer group rides, events, and travel advice.
Do I need to be an experienced cyclist to join?
Not at all! Our club welcomes cyclists of all skill levels. We have group rides for beginners, intermediate, and advanced riders.
When do group rides happen?
During the season, group rides are held weekly, with different routes and skill levels. Check our events calendar or Strava group for specific dates and times.
Can I bring a friend to a ride?
Absolutely! Friends are always welcome to join our rides. We just ask that they sign up beforehand so we can ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
Sizing
What is the right size for me?
On all our products, we introduce a size chart that helps you select the right size. Additionally, in most cases, we have attached two full size model images with the model's measurements and size. Hopefully, this can help to give you an idea about what size is right for you.

Rest assured that we always aim to respond to your ticket as soon as possible though during busy periods such as Public Holidays or Sales Periods, there may be a delay of up to 2 business days.
How do I change my order after purchasing?
Once your order has been placed, our warehouse team immediately starts processing it for dispatch so we can ensure the best delivery time possible. We cannot cancel or make amendments to your order once you have paid and confirmed.

Please Note: Once placed, all orders should be considered final unless specifically stated otherwise. SLCC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred in returning your order, including but not limited to taxes, duties and postage.
Has my order been successful?
All purchases will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of being placed. If you have not received an order confirmation email, please be sure to check your email junk or spam folder.

I purchased an item and it has now been reduced in price, will SLCC price match?
SLCC will gladly match the reduced price of any garment on our website in the form of a SLCC credit to use online only, provided the product was purchased at full price within 14 days of the price being reduced. SLCC's price match policy applies to your latest order, up to a maximum of 10 items only and for personal orders only.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to match the price if the specific product, including size and colour, is not in stock at the time of the request. We can only match discounted prices displayed directly on the sanslimites.cc website.
Please note: Some offers can not be used as part of SLCC's Price Match Policy- exclusions will be noted in the terms of the offer if this applies.

Shipping & Returns
When can I expect to receive my order?
Parcels shipped within Canada will normally take 2-3 working days to deliver. Parcels shipped to the USA normally take around 3-5 working days. International orders going overseas will normally take 4-6 working days.

The address I entered is incorrect, how can I change it?
We are not able to make address changes for orders, if you wish to change your address you must cancel your complete order, and repurchase with the correct address.
You are able to cancel your own order if you are logged into your SLCC account and placed the order less than 30 minutes ago.
Where can I find tracking for my order?
Your tracking link will automatically be sent as a confirmation email when your package has left our warehouse. If you haven’t received this information, be sure to check your spam inbox or please get in touch with our Customer Care team.
How do I return an order?
Login to the return portal
Use your order number and email to login. (e.g. "SLCC20250001" for order numbers)

Choose the cause of return & refund method
Print your return label
Can I return items using a gift card?
The refund for items bought with a gift card will go back to the gift card (which will be active for use again) and original payment method.
